Casa Daniela has 2 floors and is equipped with every luxury, comfort, and can accommodate 10 people. It consists of 5 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and 3 en-suite bathrooms. And a full bathroom in front of the playroom. 4 of the bedrooms have Sea View. All of them are spacious, bright with windows equipped of mosquito nets & shutters. Air conditioning is present in every room (can be operated separately!)
The long dining table is in front of large windows with a panoramic view on the beautiful and sunny bay of Jávea! The living room with comfortable seat, large flat screen TV is light and spacious. The (fiber) WiFi is of very good quality.There is also a playroom with baby foot, a second TV and space enough to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large work surface. There is also a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack.
The house is 6' driving to the sandy beach with various playgrounds, the sea and the Arenal Boulevard with its many trendy restaurants, shops and cocktail bars, and lively nightlife. Also 2 tennis clubs, padel, fitness, supermarket, bakery & various shops.
20' driving to the harbor. Jávea also has 2 golf courses. (Approx. 20' drive).
