Located in the exclusive villa area of Montgo-Castellans in Javea, our holiday home offers you a luxurious retreat with a unique view. Located on the edge of the Montgo National Park, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the Marina Alta to the Mediterranean Sea. The southern orientation of the house allows you to enjoy the sun all year round. Start your day with a magnificent sunrise over the sea with a cup of coffee or experience the magical sunset on the Montgó.


The spacious plot of approx. 900 m² offers you several terrace areas, a large private pool (9x5m) with Roman steps and variable water depth (1.10 m - 2.30 m), an outdoor shower, comfortable sun loungers, terrace furniture and a garage. The covered terrace (naya) with seating area invites you to relax with a panoramic view, while the adjacent sun terrace offers the perfect ambience for sunbathing. From the back of the property, there are impressive views of the nature reserve and the Montgó. For convivial barbecue evenings, a Weber grill is at your disposal.


The 39 steps from the garage lead you to the ground level living level, which offers you modern comforts. Free Wi-Fi and new energy-saving air conditioning units (cold/warm) in all living rooms and bedrooms ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The insulating glass windows are equipped with shutters and insect screens.


In the stylish living room you will find a leather sofa, two armchairs, a 49 inch LED Smart TV (satellite TV German) with Internet access, as well as a safe for your valuables. The dining area offers plenty of space and is also air-conditioned.


The new kitchen (completion April 2025) is equipped to a high standard with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, 4-burner gas stove, oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, sufficient crockery and ceramic fan.

A washing machine is available in the adjacent utility room.


Two cozy bedrooms, each with two beds (90x200cm), new medium-firm mattresses (hardness level 2), air conditioning, windows and built-in wardrobe ensure restful nights. 

The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, window, hairdryer, ceramic fan and towel warmer.

Layer:
The house is located in a privileged location in the Montgó-Castellans residential area of Jávea, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and immediately adjacent to the nature reserve of the Montgó mountain massif. The environment offers an ideal combination of tranquility and centrality, which makes it possible to reach all amenities quickly. The historic old town with its charming little shops, restaurants and cafés is only about 2 km away. Supermarkets and a petrol station can be reached in around 2.5 km, while the harbour with its picturesque pebble beach is around 4.5 km away. The famous sandy beach of Arenal, known for its promenade and lively hustle and bustle, is about 5.5 km away. Other beautiful bays and beaches are also easily accessible, so a car is indispensable here.

  • Target group: Our house is available to families and couples. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations for groups and young people.
  • Parties & Events: The house is not suitable for parties or events. We ask for your understanding.
  • Accessibility: Please note that the house is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in our family due to allergies.
  • Smoke: It is a non-smoking house. Smoking is not allowed in the entire house.
  • Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 4 people, including children aged 6 and over.

Jávea is the most beautiful place for us! Great beaches, perfect location on the Mediterranean Sea and no "bed castles".

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Free services:

  • Internet access via WLAN
  • Garage
  • Gas
  • Electricity (100kWh/week, then €0.35/kWh)
  • Water (4m³/week, then 3,50€/m³)

Arrival and departure:

  • Arrival and departure day: Saturday - Deviations are possible on request in low season if the booking is before or after other bookings. Booking gaps are only rented continuously.
  • Check-in: On the day of arrival 4 p.m. - 10 p.m., and is done either personally by our contact person (languages: German, English, Spanish) or by key box.
  • Check: On the day of departure before 10 a.m.
  • Rental period: 1-3 weeks (no long-term rental)

Payment:

  • Booking documents: We will send the rental agreement and house rules by e-mail
  • Reservation: A reservation is only binding after a timely deposit of 25% of the rental price and signature of the rental agreement (within 3 days). Otherwise, the reservation will be forfeited.
  • Balance: The remainder, including the security deposit, is payable 45 days before the date of arrival. For short-term bookings, the total amount is due immediately.
  • Deposit: from this we pay consumption costs above the allowance and damages/losses incurred. The remaining deposit will be refunded 2 weeks after the end of the rental period.
