Casa Panorama is in a dream location. Quiet but close to beaches, golf courses, nice picturesque towns, sights, amusement and water parks and the city of Benidorm. (look at tourist information). Several supermarkets and shopping centers nearby.
Casa Panorama is a detached villa on 1000 m2 of private land with lots of privacy. You park your car on your own property behind the electric entrance gate. The villa is fully equipped for 4 people. The garden is sure to be sunny because there are several terraces. The garden has a private swimming pool with a heated covered outdoor shower with changing facilities. Lovely in the summer months swimming shower ready. The other bathroom is inside the villa. The house owes its name to its panoramic views. From the conservatory and from the terraces you have a view of the sea, Albir, Altea and Benidorm. The house has air conditioning and central heating in all rooms. There is also a gas fireplace in the living room. There are two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Living room with sofa and chair, TV with (NL) satellite connection. In the conservatory is a dining table with 6 chairs. For the little ones there is a camping bed with a real mattress and a high chair. The house is rented without a garage.
The garden is maintained by the gardener, who comes once every two weeks.
A pool man comes to the pool once a week in summer and once every two weeks in winter. Both have the option of entering the premises.
The Costa Blanca attracts because of the wonderful microclimate. It is also pleasant in winter, the temperature rarely drops below 15 degrees. The mountain range retains the heat of the sea and protects the interior from cold winds. That is why it is so wonderfully soft in this region. Because of this pleasant temperature, the coast attracts many tourists and everything is open in summer and winter. But it offers much more. (see tourist information).
It is necessary to own a car. The shops are close by (5 minutes to the supermarket), but the house is on a mountain. If you fly you can rent a car at the airport. It is best to arrange this at home. If you fly you can choose from 2 airports, Alicante and Valencia.
The house is built "against" a mountain and via a spacious staircase along the house you reach the entrance.
We only rent to people over the age of 25.
