Our detached holiday home with private pool is located directly next to the Montgó National Park in Jávea. From here you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea over the Marina Alta.
The south-facing orientation means you can enjoy the sun all year round. Experience the beautiful sunrise over the sea in the morning with a cup of coffee, or the sunset on the Montgó in the evening with this unique panoramic view. The approximately 900 m² private plot has several terraces, as well as a 9x5m pool (water depth 1.10m x 2.30m), outdoor shower, sun loungers, patio furniture, Weber grill and garage. 39 steps lead from the front of the property to the living area.
The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), utility room (extension) and original Spanish kitchen.
New energy-saving air conditioning units (cold/warm) with various comfort functions are installed in all living rooms and bedrooms. The insulated glass windows are equipped with roller shutters and insect screens. Internet/Wi-Fi is also available.
The living room is equipped with a leather sofa, 2 armchairs, a safe and a 49-inch LED Smart TV (German satellite TV) with internet access, USB port and Netflix app. A large tuff arch leads to the dining room with a large table and 6 chairs, air conditioning and WiFi.
The typical Spanish kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove, oven, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, blender and sufficient dishes. There is a washing machine available for free use in the adjacent utility room.
The bedrooms each have 2 single beds (90x200cm), air conditioning, window and built-in wardrobe, and the bathrooms each have a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, window, mirror, towel warmer and ceramic fan. A hairdryer is also available.

The holiday home is located in the Montgó Castellans residential area of Jávea in a small cul-de-sac. The old town with its many small shops, restaurants and cafes is about 2 km away. The nearest supermarket and the nearest Repsol petrol station are about 2.5 km away, the harbour with its pebble beach is about 4.5 km away and the sandy beach (Arenal) is about 6 km away. There are a total of 10 beaches in and around Jávea. A car is necessary.
Hints:
We only rent to families and couples, not to youth groups. The minimum rental age is 28 years. Parties and events are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and children under 5 years. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking house. The maximum occupancy is 6 people including children.
