Our house has been modernized while retaining the authentic Spanish charm.
The spacious garden with 3 shady tall pines and citrus trees offers both sun and shade at any time of the day. You can enjoy dishes from the stone barbecue in the garden on the beautiful covered naya (porch). And you can sit at the bar on the other side of the house, at the brand new outdoor kitchen with grill plate
Or on the terrace at the new swimming pool (8x4m) with outdoor shower.
On the ground floor there is a stylishly furnished living room with a Smart TV and a dining room with spacious table for 6 people. In addition, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. And a spacious bright kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hobs, microwave, washing machine, kettle and Nespresso machine. Both the living room and the dining room have air conditioning with cooling and heating.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with new box-spring beds and a second bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The large master bedroom has a double bed, the two other bedrooms have 1-person box springs that can be arranged as a double bed or as two separate single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning with cooling and heating.
In the garage below, 2 bicycles and a ping pong table are at your disposal. There are 4 sunbeds and 2 garden chairs for the garden. There are also 3 beach chairs, mats and an umbrella that you can use for the beach. On the naya (covered terrace) there is a large teak dining table with bench and 4 chairs. You can easily park two cars on site. The entire garden is fenced.
At 300 meters there is a small supermarket with an excellent bakery. At about 1 km a large Consum.
Javea has many paradisiacal beaches such as La Granadella, Cala Barraca and Playa de Ambolo. The popular sandy beach of El Arenal is 2000 meters away and has a very lively boulevard with many shops, restaurants and bars. The beach has extensive facilities such as beach beds and playground equipment. Every week on Thursdays there is a market in the old town of Javea.
Javea is located between Valencia and Alicante. Both cities can be reached within 1 hour for fun city trips. Sports activities are closer to home: there are many cycling and mountain bike routes and walking routes (past our house). Supping and snorkeling is a must on the paradisiacal beaches close to our house. Of course, there are also several golf courses. Or you can climb the Montgo .
Other highlights are the waterfalls of Algar, Guadalest with its castle, the Jalon Valley, Aqualandia (Benidorm), Terra Mitica, Altea, Calpe, Denia and Moraira.
