Luxury Lounge Villa "The Beachhouse" is located in one of the most beautiful and best locations in Moraira: only 700 meters walk from the center and 900 meters to the most beautiful beach of Moraira "El Portet". The villa is very private and quiet in the popular residential area "Pla del Mar". The villa has a closed entrance and shady parking on site for 2 cars.

The completely new and attractively furnished villa is south oriented and has the sun all day. The villa is located on 1 level (few steps at the front door), has 4 spacious, very charming bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, spacious living room with gas fireplace and a kitchen. The kitchen has a large front that can be opened completely so that there is direct contact with the garden, terrace and swimming pool. All areas are equipped with air conditioners (hot and cold).

The large covered terrace (naja), just like the cabana with the large dining table, is situated directly on the spacious, heated swimming pool (9x4). There are plenty of lounge areas in both the sun and shade all around. The complete outdoor kitchen is ready for a delicious BBQ. For cool days or evening hours, you can use the jacuzzi, romantically located under the 150-year-old olive tree. Various fruit trees and tropical plants provide a great holiday atmosphere.

The villa is very comfortable and has, among other things. luxurious, new beds of generous size such as in the "Ibiza room" a wonderful Pullman box spring of 2.10 x 1.80 m. Each bedroom has a variety of pillows so that there is a suitable and comfortable pillow for everyone. The villa also has a very complete and high-quality kitchen equipment.
