From several entrance doors you enter directly outside the terrace, the (sloping) freshwater swimming pool with 10 sunbeds, seating areas, parasols, outdoor shower & toilet.

Location, environment and climate
-Quietly located, yet close to everything: restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket and beaches and coves, Cap Blanc, Cala Advocat (1.5km), Cala Baladrar (1.2km) walking distance
-Centrally located between Alicante (87km) and Valencia (120km) airports, these cities are also worth a visit, the villa is the ideal base for Costa Blanca (Alicante city 74km away and Valencia 110km away)
-Ifach golf course a stone's throw from Villa Mero, also tennis/padel clubs and other activities
-The micro maritime climate on the Costa Blanca is known for long summers, often with lovely breezes, mild, often sunny winters, declared the healthiest climate in Europe by WHO

-There are no facilities for the disabled, and the ground floor is not on the same level everywhere

-Lead booker must be present and must be at least 25 years old. We do not accept groups of young people
-Young children welcome after consultation with the landlord
-It is NOT permitted to allow persons other than those who are the tenants to stay overnight or use the facilities
-The peace and privacy in the neighborhood must be respected
-The rental excludes the cost of electricity (€ 0.35 kWh), which will be deducted from the deposit
-Rules and requirements must be carefully followed and adhered to.
-We value our belongings and expect our guests to handle our property with care.
-The villa can be occupied from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be available again at 10:00 AM on the day of departure
**In high season (July/August): changeover days only on Saturdays***
Payment & deposit
-The deposit upon reservation is 50% of the reservation sum + deposit + final cleaning
-The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay
-For a booking less than 6 weeks before your stay, the total reservation amount must be paid immediately
-The deposit is € 1,000.00
-The tenant must leave the villa in a tidy condition
-If no damage has been observed by the manager, the amount will be returned within 14 days after the check-out date, after settlement with the costs of electricity
