Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the host (even if, for example, it is already caused to the landlord). The host will charge the following depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

for cancellation up to 42 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the rent;
in case of cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the rent;
Cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the day before arrival: 90% of the rent;
for cancellation on the day of arrival or later and no-show: the full rental charge.
However, you can transfer your booking to another person. This person will then take your place.

The following conditions apply:
The other person fulfils all the conditions attached to the agreement, including the payment obligations;
The request must be made 7 days before arrival, so that all formalities can be completed.
