The living room has a smart TV, free WiFi (fiber optic), a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and the fireplace will help you get rid of the cold at night while enjoying a book or a family card game. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils you need for a pleasant dining experience.
The décor of the master suite is stylish and timeless, a beautiful king-size bed awaits you, with a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a bath-shower combination with toilet and sink.
The other three bedrooms, one on the first floor and the other on the third floor, have double beds, wardrobe and two air-conditioned bedrooms. And in the two other bathrooms you will find a shower or a bath-shower combination, toilet and sink.
The terrace and garden next to the glistening communal pool offer plenty of space during your holiday and are furnished with a lounge set, a gas barbecue with adjoining outdoor dining area. There is even a covered parking space in the garage.

1: Smoking is NOT allowed in this villa.
2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. An additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid for this upon arrival.
3: That a staircase is required at all times to reach the house and the pool next to the house is communal - not private.
4: To avoid fire risks, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the residence!
5: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
6: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
7: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
