Tranquility, with everything close by
The apartment is on the first floor of Amanecer XI, a new and gated complex in Dehesa de Campoamor, Orihuela Costa. Torrevieja is about a 15-minute drive away. The complex is green, quiet and well maintained. Yet you can be on the beach, on the golf course or on a terrace in a few minutes. The supermarket and the bus stop are a 500-metre walk away.
Your own spa, without reservations
What makes Amanecer XI different from other complexes in the area: its own wellness area with sauna, jacuzzi and gym, only for residents and guests. After a day at the sea or on the golf course, you can let the day slowly run out here. Outside, a large communal swimming pool with sunbathing area and landscaped gardens awaits.

For couples and families who prefer to skip the hustle and bustle of the boulevard, but still want to have everything within reach. Space for 4 people.
The area
Guests staying in this area particularly mention the beaches within a short distance, the choice of restaurants and the tranquility of the neighborhood. We recognize that.
- Beach: Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Punta Prima are about 4 km away, less than 10 minutes by car. Small bays with clear water and beach bars where you can linger for the afternoon.
- Villamartín Plaza: the square with restaurants and bars, cozy and relaxed in the evening, a few minutes drive away.
- La Zenia Boulevard: one of the largest shopping centers in the region, about 3 km.
- Golf: Villamartín Golf is 5 minutes away. Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas Golf are also close by.
- Market: every Saturday morning the large market in Playa Flamenca.
- Torrevieja: the promenade, the port and the pink salt lakes, about a 15-minute drive away.
- Trip: the old town of Orihuela is worth a beautiful afternoon.
- Airports: Alicante about 45 minutes, Murcia about 40 minutes.
Good to know
- A rental car is recommended. Supermarket and bus are within walking distance, but with a car you get more out of the beaches, the golf courses and the surrounding area.
- Check-in from 16:00, check-out before 10:00 am. Check-in with personal welcome.
- Minimum stay: 11 nights.
- Pets: not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
