This beautiful holiday home is located on a huge piece of land of 2.3ha in the Spanish El Fondó de los Neus. An automatic gate leads to a paved driveway with parking and there are 4 bedrooms; 1 sofa bed and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. It is an ideal choice for large families with children, the table tennis, swimming pool and games are certainly popular with the kids.

The area is ideal for long walks and a visit to nearby Elche is also worthwhile. Here you will find the Huerto del Cura, the Santa Maria Basilica and numerous cozy restaurants. In the vicinity are 5 beaches such as Alicante, Torrevieja, Santa Pola, Guadamar or Murcia.

The accommodation has a pleasant terrace and the air conditioning provides cooling during hot summer days. The residence has a lovely swimming pool and the well-equipped kitchen offers you the chance to show off your cooking skills for your company. As well as the outdoor bar. The house is accessible for min.2 people up to 8 people. This price includes all facilities such as TV, water, bed linen, towels, petanque court, free Wi-Fi, as well as the outdoor kitchen, garden furniture, etc. for up to 6 people. In short, everything is inclusive up to 6 people, only the final cleaning (see other costs optional) Wintering is also negotiable, as well as shorter stays outside the high season and holidays, feel free to request information.
