Hello, I'm Lilyan and we were able to realize our dream of building our own house in Spain last year. We are in love with this beautiful region with its many possibilities. We would like to rent out our lovely villa during the periods when we are not there.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival: from 1 p.m. or after 8 p.m. if previous guests check out the same day.
Departure: at 10 am if a new guest arrives the same day, otherwise 12 noon or in consultation.
Booking is final after first deposit of 25% of the total rental amount.
The deposit of €500 must be paid one week before the start of the rental period.
Energy costs included (starting point electricity €8/per day and water €5 per day) consumption above this standard consumption will be deducted from the deposit.
Remaining total rental amount to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancel:

Cancellation 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

Cleaning costs: € 160 Mandatory/booking

The landlord is not responsible for accidents or theft.
