One level down, by the pool you have access to a cozy apartment with bedroom and separate bathroom. The laundry room is also located here.
The villa is equipped with WiFi and TV via fiber optic. In addition, all areas are equipped with air conditioning. From Alicante or Valencia you can drive to Javea in over an hour. The villa has space for 2 cars in a covered parking space.
