Casa Marleen. This beautiful, privately located holiday villa is within walking distance of the cozy center of Moraira (2 km) and has beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea. The villa is fully south-facing in terms of sun and has a beautiful and well-arranged flat plot. From the living room, the house is completely oriented to the outdoors, through the very comfortable veranda, you look out over the swimming pool and then the beautiful sea view. Comfort, peace, safety and holiday feeling guaranteed!

This beach villa contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a veranda (which can be opened all around) and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities (oven, microwave, stove, Nespresso, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster). All rooms are also equipped with air conditioning. Around the villa you will find several terraces, a lounge area, a swimming pool (9x4.5), an outdoor kitchen with bar, an outdoor shower/toilet and a large rear terrace with BBQ facilities. The garden is completely fenced and has many sun and shade areas.

We are Patrick and Marleen, proud owners of this beautiful sea-facing villa in Moraira since March 2023. For us, a big dream that has come true and which we have carefully searched for. Whenever possible, we like to stay here ourselves, to fully enjoy our house and its beautiful surroundings with our family, which offers us plenty of challenges in terms of culture, sports and relaxation. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

Personal circumstances
In case of cancellation due to personal unforeseen circumstances of the tenant, the tenant will inform the landlord (Casa Marleen) as soon as possible in writing or by e-mail. Casa Marleen will then look at the rent, being the total amount stated in the rental agreement. The following cancellation rules will then be applied;
- In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 85% of the rent will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation more than 2 months and less than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation more than 1 month and less than 2 months before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rent will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation less than 1 month before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price will be refunded.

Changes in government travel requirements.

Declared emergencies and epidemics.

Government travel restrictions.

Military actions and other hostilities.

Natural disasters.

Everything else. This Policy only allows cancellations for the Events described above. Everything else is out of the question.

There is entertainment and things to do here day and night

As an alternative, take the tram that goes between Benidorm and Denia between the mountains

there are excellent golf courses in the area.

For the more experienced climber, there is Penon d'Ifach, which you can climb all the way to the top

The major cycling teams train here because of the climate in winter

There is a walking route from Moraira to Calpe all the way along the coast. Beautiful views, highly recommended.
