Air has a high iodine content: good for people with rheumatism, joint complaints, muscle complaints, respiratory complaints. Pure air.

Good day people!
We are Yvonne (unfortunately passed away in October 2022) and Gidi Verhaar and in 2007 we suddenly realized our dream of having a house in Spain.
We had been looking for years and went with real estate agents to view houses everywhere. Eventually we came to the conclusion that we wanted a house on the Costa Blanca because of the wonderful climate and the combination of tourism, but also a beautiful hinterland with hills and mountains.
A dream come true!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The additional costs are: 85 euros for cleaning, an average of 55 to 75 cents per Kwh, 35 euros reservation costs, 45 euros service costs from the service bureau on site. 12.50 euros p.p. linen package (only if you wish, you can also bring your own) and rent a cot etc. on request. Deposit 500 euros. Deposit minus energy costs minus any cancellation costs if the booking is cancelled or rescheduled will be refunded afterwards. If you are interested, please contact us! Our house is very suitable to overwinter. It has 3 air conditioners that can also heat (30 degrees) and an electric kacheltje.Verder there is now a dryer (next to the washing machine) The life's little luxuries!

On the other side of this apartment is a large terrace / solarium of 73m2 with lots of sun from the living room where you can use. The solarium is a garden with 3 to 4 garden chairs and umbrellas and sunbeds, barbecue and outdoor shower.

The urbanization is located very quiet. The house is located at the rear on a street where no cars can. At the front is a road with only bestemmingverkeer.Zelf we have always wanted to rest and we always say: you look busy when you feel like it! Two blocks away you will find some shops and restaurantjes.In the environment is enough to do (see spots to visit and activities).

There is the possibility of parking in parking garage or parking in the urbanization. This is free (as we often get questions about whether the parking is free .. So the answer is YES!)

Our house is tip top care! From Aug 2010 even internet! Self we do as much as possible to achieve the optimum in terms comfort.Bovendien the house via the service bureau spot very well kept clean and they control the continuous inventory.

Santa Pola lie just below Alicante.Een medium-sized city with an international airport. You drive 15 minutes to the house. Both the area north and south of Alicante is easily accessible and there are many entertainment and attractions. (See also separate section attractions / activities).

You fly to Alicante in 2.5 hours. Good and cheap tickets via Transavia (both from Rotterdam and Amsterdam), Vueling and Ryanair. From Alicante you can drive to the house in 15 minutes. If you want to go there by car, this is possible: it is a 2075 km drive from Utrecht. On site: There is a bus stop 5 minutes from the house. Swimming pool and sea are within walking distance.

Santa Pola is a naturist beach. The ordinary beach begins 800 meters from the house (around the corner). Slightly further to the right is also a naturist beach.
