Good day people!
We are Yvonne (unfortunately passed away in October 2022) and Gidi Verhaar and in 2007 we suddenly realized our dream of having a house in Spain.
We had been looking for years and went with real estate agents to view houses everywhere. Eventually we came to the conclusion that we wanted a house on the Costa Blanca because of the wonderful climate and the combination of tourism, but also a beautiful hinterland with hills and mountains.

Our house is very suitable to overwinter. It has 3 air conditioners that can also heat (30 degrees) and an electric kacheltje.Verder there is now a dryer (next to the washing machine) The life's little luxuries!
