We present to you Casa Viviana, a beautiful Mediterranean villa in Moraira with panoramic sea views from a virtually frontline location.
This tastefully decorated villa can accommodate up to six people and combines privacy, comfort and a wonderful outdoor experience. The villa is only a five-minute drive from the attractive town centre of Moraira and only one minute from the nearest supermarket, which can even be reached on foot.
The outdoor area is without a doubt one of the highlights of the villa. Enjoy the breathtaking sea views while relaxing by the private 8 x 4 meter swimming pool (heatable on request, see conditions below). The comfortable sunbeds allow you to completely unwind and the dining area with barbecue is the perfect place for alfresco dining together. In addition, the villa has a jacuzzi where you can relax while overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Through the large patio doors you can walk effortlessly from the terrace to the bright and attractive living room. The open-plan living area is fully air-conditioned and features two comfortable sofas, a TV, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
On the main floor there are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and their own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. On the lower floor, which can only be accessed from the outside via a private entrance (there is no internal staircase), there is a separate guest suite with direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On this floor there is also a small studio with a sofa, kitchenette, a cross trainer, an exercise bike, air conditioning, a washing machine and an extra bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Free wifi is available throughout the villa. Private parking for four cars is available on the enclosed grounds. In addition, there is plenty of free parking in the street.
Whether you enjoy the sun by the pool, have a barbecue with family or friends, or simply relax on the terrace while overlooking the endless sea, Casa Viviana offers everything for an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful locations of Moraira.

The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are € 25.00 per night and are calculated from the day we switch on the pool heating. Please note that the minimum period for pool heating is equal to the duration of your stay.

- The rooms on the ground floor are only accessible from the outside; There is no internal staircase.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
- To avoid fire hazards, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation.
- The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to 6 people. It is not allowed to exceed this number.
- Parties, noise and events are not allowed under any circumstances.
- You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to make your own additions during your stay.
