Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A deposit of 500 euros is requested. At check-out, everything is checked together with the manager and if everything is in order, the deposit will be transferred within a week.
150 euros will be charged for the final cleaning.
Bed and bath linen will be charged 25 euros pp
The consumption of electricity costs 0.35 euro cents per Kwh
Check-in between 16:00-21:00, check-out between 07:00 and 11:00 (but in consultation adjustment is possible, we are happy to think along)
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Although Dolores may be less well-known than the larger cities in the province of Alicante, it still offers a unique and authentic experience for tourists looking for peace and culture in a typical Spanish village.

Things to do in Dolores
Parish Church of Nuestra Señora de los Dolores: This is one of the main attractions in the city, an imposing Baroque-style church built in the 18th century. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the church is the focal point of the city's social and cultural life.

Festivities: Dolores is known for its lively festivities. The main festivities are dedicated to the patron saint of the city, Virgen de los Dolores. The festival takes place in September, with a colorful procession, running of the bulls, and folk dancing.

Plaza Cardenal Belluga: The main square of Dolores is a cozy place where you can enjoy the local atmosphere, with restaurants and cafes where you can try typical Spanish dishes.

Transport: Dolores is approx. 40 minutes drive from Alicante-Elche airport, and the city is well served by the AP-7 and N-332 motorways. To explore the surrounding cities and nature reserves, it is convenient to rent a car.

Carrer de l'Alfons XII shopping street: In the historic center of Elche, especially around this street, you can stroll and shop at smaller boutiques, local craft shops, and fashion brands.
