Next to the pleasant town of Almoradi with very close nightlife for all ages.

El Altet (Alicante) and San Javier (Murcia) airports are only 40 minutes away by car.

Be sure to visit the cozy Sunday markets of el campo de Guardamar or el Zocco.

Hi I'm Ramon, raised in Rotterdam with (Northern) Spanish roots.
Because of the roots and the love for the Spanish "way of living" I am regularly in Spain.
Despite my northern Spanish origin, the area on the Costa Blanca was my favourite.
The Mediterranean Sea, the many beaches, the delicious food and especially the pleasant healthy climate, made the choice for me to build my Pool Villa there.
In 2005 I built this Pool Villa, entirely according to Northern European standards.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
