We offer our nice house 2 times on Micazu. Here you rent the entire house but the top floor remains closed during your stay. It is a very large house that consists of 2 floors (for 12 people). We do this because in the low season we give a better price for a smaller group.

The property is a 7-minute drive from the center/beach of Calpe. But you definitely need a car here.

I am Veronique Blockx from Schilde, mother of 2 kids: Nanne and Nick and married to Vladimir Missotten. We have a clothing store in Merksem (Belgium).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the renter must always confirm this by email to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

- cancellation before the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

- cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

The cost of final cleaning, sheets, towels will of course be refunded.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
