Casita de Dénia by the sea!

The price does not include cleaning costs. This amounts to €75 for an occupancy of 2 people and €85 for an occupancy of 3 people or more. You pay this to the host on site.

On site, you will be welcomed by Rosi, a warm and enthusiastic Española from Dénia, who also speaks a good word of Dutch, German, English and French! She takes care of the apartment so that you lack nothing and is always ready for question and action!

Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 22:00. Late check-in is only possible with the host's approval on site and at an additional cost.

When booking within 7 days after signing the agreement, 30% of the rental amount will be paid, after which the reservation is final.

The full amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

A deposit of €200 must be paid with the first deposit. This amount will be refunded after checking the apartment for any damage (communicated to the host on site).

For Last-minute bookings (within 6 weeks) we ask you to pay the total amount including deposit from the order booking date.

The price includes : - bed linen, kitchen linen, bath towels, beach towels, wifi, air conditioning (camping bed and high chair). 

Clean bedding in between? This is possible for €25 per room.

Please note : 

- Bring your own bottom sheet and sleeping bag or blanket for the camping bed.

- Smoking inside is not allowed.

- Although I am an animal lover, dogs are unfortunately not allowed, as they are not allowed to walk in the communal garden.
