Casita de Dénia by the sea!

The price does not include cleaning costs of €75 to be paid in cash to the host on site.
You will be welcomed by Rosi, a warm and enthusiastic Española from Dénia, who also speaks a good word of Dutch, German, English and French! She takes care of the apartment so that you lack nothing and is always ready for questions and assistance!

If you reserve within 7 days of signing the agreement, 30% of the rental amount will be paid, after which the reservation is final.
The entire amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
You must pay a deposit of €200 with the first down payment. This amount will be refunded after checking the apartment for any damage (passed on to the host on site).

For last-minute bookings (within 6 weeks), we ask you to pay the total amount including deposit from the order booking date.

The price includes : - bed linen, kitchen linen, bath towels, WiFi, air conditioning (camping bed and children's dining chair).
Please note : bring your own bottom sheet and sleeping bag or blanket for the camping bed.

Please note: - Smoking inside is not permitted.
- Although I am an animal lover, dogs are unfortunately not allowed, because they are not allowed to walk in the communal garden.
