Then discover this attractive Casita de Dénia in a quiet neighborhood next to orange groves and a beautiful garden with swimming pool and paddling pool! My casita is located in a low-rise building of three floors and in a small-scale urbanization, on the ground floor. You can come and enjoy with a maximum of 4 people, there are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom with modern walk-in shower and a small cozy living room with open kitchen. Throw open the garden door and you live "outside" on the terrace in the beautiful garden! Do you want to get a breath of fresh air or a lovely dip in the sea? then walk within 3 minutes to the wide beach, where there are also great dining options from the Beachbar of Bona Platja. You walk right through the small shopping center "Las Brisas". You plunge into the vibrant nightlife, go shopping, or stroll on the boulevard or in the harbor, you clearly do in Denia! Walk (40 min) along the beach, take the bike (10 min) or take the car! (5 minutes).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price does not include cleaning costs. This amounts to €75 for an occupancy of 2 people and €85 for an occupancy of 3 people or more. You pay this to the host on site.

On site, you will be welcomed by Rosi, a warm and enthusiastic Española from Dénia, who also speaks a good word of Dutch, German, English and French! She takes care of the apartment so that you lack nothing and is always ready for question and action!

Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 22:00. Late check-in is only possible with the host's approval on site and at an additional cost.

When booking within 7 days after signing the agreement, 30% of the rental amount will be paid, after which the reservation is final.

The full amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

A deposit of €200 must be paid with the first deposit. This amount will be refunded after checking the apartment for any damage (communicated to the host on site).

For Last-minute bookings (within 6 weeks) we ask you to pay the total amount including deposit from the order booking date.

The price includes : - bed linen, kitchen linen, bath towels, beach towels, wifi, air conditioning (camping bed and high chair).

Clean bedding in between? This is possible for €25 per room.

Please note :

- Bring your own bottom sheet and sleeping bag or blanket for the camping bed.

- Smoking inside is not allowed.

- Although I am an animal lover, dogs are unfortunately not allowed, as they are not allowed to walk in the communal garden.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, 3 minutes walk from a beautiful wide beach with palm trees and nice beach bars. Cozy shops and supermarkets (Centre Commercial las Brisas) are within walking distance of the apartment. Do you want to go to the center of Dénia, go shopping or visit the street food market? Then you can take a nice beach walk to the city, 3 km away, or with a (rental) bicycle or with a (rental) car. The medieval castle that towers above the city is also worth a visit! On the Montgó, a mountain located next to Dénia with a top of over 700 m, you can take beautiful walks as a sports enthusiast and also as a beginner and enjoy the spectacular view of the sea. The port of Dénia is a cozy place with nice terraces and entertainment options, bars on rooftops, but you can also take the ferry here to the Spanish islands, such as the beautiful sun-drenched Ibiza!
