The villa is located on a mountain with an extremely beautiful view . You will enjoy the 11km distant view from the terrace with private (heated) swimming pool and discover the ultimate tranquility while enjoying the wonderful climate.
The villa is located a short distance from the sea, very nice restaurants, supermarkets and the weekly market on Friday with regional products is definitely recommended. For golfers there is the Club De Golf Ifach, a 3.5 km drive away.
The villa has a tastefully renovated interior:
- The spacious U-shaped kitchen is equipped with every comfort: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and Philips L'Or coffee maker .
- The living room has a dining area, spacious sofa (sofa bed - 2 persons), 2 new separate relax chairs in Ibiza style, smart TV, DVD, Bose Bluetooth speaker, WiFi and Chromecast . There is also air conditioning that can cool or heat. A heater is provided for the cozy winter months.
- There is a spacious bedroom with 2 new (June 2023) BOXSPRING single beds , built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an ensuite heated bathroom with bath and shower .
- Then there are 2 more bedrooms, each with a new (June 2023) BOXSPRING double bed and built-in wardrobes.
- There is also a second bathroom with bath and separate heating.
- A separate storage room with washing machine and dryer is also available.
The spacious terrace with completely renovated (March 2023) private swimming pool offers you plenty of space to sit in the sun or you can enjoy the shade under the awning, all from the sun loungers with your aperitif in hand. Heating the pool is also optional.
Behind the villa there is a raised area with olive and lime trees where you can also have an aperitif or eat on a separate bench.
You can easily park your car next to the villa in the long driveway. There is parking for more than 3 cars .
The villa is located in the beautiful seaside resort and fishing village of Moraira . The eight kilometers of coastline with several beaches and very beautiful bays are the biggest tourist attractions. The presence of a relatively large number of high-quality restaurants certainly completes the picture. Moraira offers almost everything you need for a pleasant holiday, without it feeling super touristy. Within just a few minutes you can reach one of the beautiful beaches and bays of the Costa Blanca. It has somehow managed to retain its relaxed atmosphere . Tourists who stay in Moraira mainly come to relax and enjoy. The big advantage of Moraira is that if you want to escape the peace and quiet for a while, you can easily visit the hustle and bustle. The location between the more touristy places such as Dénia, Xàbia, Calp, Altea, Benidorm and Villajoyosa is ideal. And if you want to experience real city life, you can always go to Alicante or Valencia .

When booking, a mandatory cleaning at the end of your stay is required. Dogs are not allowed! Bed and bath linen are also required to be reserved.
