This stunning villa offers breathtaking sea views and features a spacious terrace around the pool, where you can always choose a spot in the sun or in the shade.

The villa is spread over two separate floors, each with its own entrance, but is always rented in its entirety for optimal comfort and privacy.

The space

The site offers two access options. The most common access is through the top of the plot, where the private parking area is located. From there, a staircase leads down to the entrance of the first living space.

This floor has two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and a living room with a semi-open kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities.

An external staircase leads to the pool terrace, where the second living space is located. This floor consists of a common room with a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. At the front is a separate bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower, a second toilet and a sink. Other things to noteThe villa is located in the town of Benitatchell, in the Cumbre del Sol area, on a high mountain. From Alicante Airport it is just over an hour's drive and from Valencia about 1.5 hours. The villa is ideally located between Moraira and Jávea, two popular coastal villages that can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket and the excellent restaurant La Cumbré. The beautiful beaches of Cala del Moraig (2.5 km) and El Portet (4.4 km) are also nearby and are well worth a visit. Furthermore, there are plenty of nice places and fine restaurants a short distance away, which we will mention in our house rules.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this.
