Ground floor: large long entrance hall, utility room, large open plan kitchen with spacious dining area, air conditioning and access to terrace, very spacious living room with air conditioning and sliding doors to the beautiful naya (covered terrace) overlooking the pool with Roman steps, a terrace area of over 100m2. From the hall an easy internal staircase leads to the upper floor and the basement. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, all with air conditioning and three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with shower facilities and toilet and a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. All bedrooms are adjacent to the upper terrace with nice views of Moraira, hills and sea. In the basement there is a room with washing machine and dryer and there is also a table tennis table, a table football game and a dart board.
The villa is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, so a total of up to 8 people.
