A wonderful holiday villa with 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and 3 bathrooms. Everyone can fully enjoy a wonderful time on the sunny Costa Blanca. This beautiful detached villa with private swimming pool (33 m2) is located next to a nature reserve. If you like greenery, peace and privacy, you've come to the right place.

Ground floor: large long hall, utility room, large open kitchen with spacious dining area, air conditioning and access to terrace, very spacious living room with air conditioning and sliding doors to the beautiful naya (covered terrace) overlooking the swimming pool with Roman steps, a terrace area of more than 100m2. From the hall an easy internal staircase leads to the top floor and the basement. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, all with air conditioning and three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with shower facilities and toilet and a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. All bedrooms are adjacent to the upper terrace with beautiful views of Moraira, hills and sea. In the basement there is a room with washing machine and dryer.

The villa is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, a maximum of 8 people in total.

The villa is not rented to groups of young people.

We are Marga and Peter and we are the happy owners of this beautiful villa from September 2022. We can mainly be found in our Casa Gorriones during the winter period. We have furnished this house for our own use and are happy to make it available to respectful family, friends, acquaintances and other guests (no pets and absolutely no smoking inside). Until the beginning of May we have furnished our casa and prepared it for rent and it will be available for rent from mid-May 2023.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge;
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price;
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price;
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

The minimum stay is 7 nights. Arrival from 4 p.m. and departure no later than 10 a.m. (due to cleaning, we need time to prepare the house for you).
