Hello! I'm Marion and 1 little chihuahuas! I have found a very nice cozy place in Old Town Calpe! I would like to share this! Everything is within walking distance, no need for a car, I like that very much, I also like it because it is still typically Spanish there and terraces around you and nice streets! The beach is an 8-minute walk away

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
