Casa Houtenbos

Buenos Dias we are Richard and Jeannet Houtenbos and have a 1st line apartment with a very spacious terrace 50 meters from the sea with a private beach in the Manzanera district. There is plenty of parking and it's free. You can walk up along the sea to the large beaches where the restaurants, bars and shops are.
We have 1 bedroom with a large double bed with enough cupboards and storage space and in the living room there is a lovely sofa bed and plenty of storage space. The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and everything is there: dishes, cutlery, etc. The bathroom has been completely renovated with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine and towels, tea towels, bath towels and bed linen are available. Outside is a very spacious terrace with space for several seats. There is sun all day long and if you want shade, you can turn off the awnings. There is also a wall drying rack to dry the laundry. The pool is very private and is only used by the people of the apartment complex but is very quiet. There are sunbeds and a sunbathing lawn that you can use. The apartment has WiFi, Dutch channels and air conditioning for hot and cold.
