Villa Benitachell on the Costa Blanca
This holiday home on the Costa Blanca is beautifully situated in a luxurious residential area of the small authentic Spanish town of Benitachell. There are no less than four fantastic beaches just a 5-10 minute drive away. Villa Benitachell is a spacious and comfortable villa. A lovely holiday home from Dutch owners where you can spend a nice holiday with your family and/or friends.

Upper floor
Separate kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo, kettle and mini oven. The hallway gives access to the bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed and 1 with a double bed. Bathroom with bath and toilet and second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Spacious modern and bright living room with comfortable sitting area, satellite television (NL sees), a DVD player and a dining area. From the living room you have access to the covered spacious and lovely terrace with seating and a view over the beautiful surroundings. From this terrace you also go up stairs to the garden with the beautiful swimming pool.
Ground floor apartment
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven and electric hob. There is a bedroom with two single beds and one with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has shower and toilet. From the living room with sitting area, LED TV and dining area you have access to the covered spacious and lovely terrace with seating and a view over the beautiful surroundings. From this terrace there is direct access to the garden with the beautiful swimming pool (8 x 4 m) surrounded by fine sun loungers. The ground floor apartment is a wonderful place to stay, as you have direct access to the garden, terrace and swimming pool. Central heating throughout the house.
Outdoors
The view from Villa Benitachell is magnificent and very soothing over the rolling valley with beautiful rugged mountains in the background. The property is completely fenced and closed by an entrance gate. There are lovely sunbeds around the private pool and a barbecue is available for hours of enjoyment in the Spanish outdoors. The garden is a wonderful place to spend the days relaxing. There is a nice outdoor shower in the garden and, like the outdoor kitchen, it is equipped with hot and cold water. There is a covered terrace overlooking the surroundings and the garden. Opposite the outdoor kitchen there is a storage room with a toilet and sink. Here is also the washing machine and an extra freezer. Parking on site.

Practical information
Details
Arrival and departure days: every day of the week. In July and August, arrivals and departures on Saturdays. Bookings must be consecutive or have a minimum of 7 nights between them (exceptions may apply in July and August). We ask you to contact us to discuss your wishes.
Up to 4 people you only rent the upper floor and with 5-8 people the ground floor is also rented with a surcharge.
In the months of July / August you rent the entire house, regardless of the number of people and there is 1 total price.
So there are two options:
1. Rental of the entire villa: possible all season up to a maximum of 9 people. If you want to rent the whole house outside of July and August while booking with a maximum of 4 people, please send us an email to arrange this. Price indication: enter 5 people.
2. Rent of only the upstairs apartment (max. 4 persons)
If only the upstairs apartment is rented, the downstairs apartment will remain closed. You keep the garden and pool for private use.

Long Term Winter Rental
Villa Benitachell is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. In the period from November to March, the rent is per 4 weeks on request (for the upper floor). For the latest rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.
For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region
A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
