This holiday home on the Costa Blanca is beautifully situated in a luxurious residential area of the small authentic Spanish town of Benitachell. There are no less than four fantastic beaches just a 5-10 minute drive away. Villa Benitachell is a spacious and comfortable villa. A lovely holiday home from Dutch owners where you can spend a nice holiday with your family and/or friends. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and there is fiber optic WIFI in and around the house.

Upper floor
Separate kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo, kettle and multi cooker. The hallway gives access to the bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed and 1 with a double bed. Bathroom with bath and toilet and second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Spacious modern and bright living room with comfortable sitting area, smart television (NL sees, Netflix, IP TV), a DVD player and a dining area. From the living room you have access to the covered spacious and lovely terrace with seating and a view over the beautiful surroundings. From this terrace you also go up stairs to the garden with the beautiful swimming pool.
Ground floor apartment
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven and electric hob. There is a bedroom with two single beds and one with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has shower and toilet. From the living room with sitting area, LED TV and dining area you have access to the covered spacious and lovely terrace with seating and a view over the beautiful surroundings. From this terrace there is direct access to the garden with the beautiful swimming pool (8 x 4 m) surrounded by fine sun loungers. The ground floor apartment is a wonderful place to stay, as you have direct access to the garden, terrace and swimming pool. Central heating throughout the house.
Outdoor living
The view from Villa Benitachell is magnificent and very relaxing over the rolling valley with beautiful rugged mountains in the background and partly sea views. The site is completely walled and closed off by an entrance gate. There are lovely sunbeds around the private pool and a barbecue is available for hours of enjoyment in the Spanish outdoors. The garden is a wonderful place to spend the days relaxing. There is a nice outdoor shower in the garden and, like the outdoor kitchen, it is equipped with hot and cold water. There is a covered terrace overlooking the surroundings and the garden. Opposite the outdoor kitchen there is a storage room with a toilet and sink. Here is also the washing machine and an extra freezer. Parking on site.
