The popular local beach of Cumbre Del Sol, called Moraig, is just 1km away.
There's a huge 65-inch smart TV on the wall. The best feature of this house is probably the air conditioning system, where each room can be adjusted to the desired temperature. The furniture is stylish and of good quality, matching the modern look of the house itself. Huge floor-to-ceiling sliding windows overlook the pool deck with private pool.
Behind the house is an interesting garden, transformed into a very small '2 hole' golf garden, excellent for golf training. The gas barbecue is located on the side of the house, but close to the outdoor kitchen.
The popular local beach of Cumbre Del Sol, called Moraig, is only 1km away, if not less. I hope you will enjoy your holiday very much.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
- cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
