Villa Marymonte is a holiday villa for 6 people, located on the Costa Blanca, Spain, in a quiet area of Benissa between the fashionable Moraira and the bustling Calpe. This region is great: no high-rise buildings, beautiful small beaches, lots of greenery, the mountains and the sea, good restaurants, and more importantly... the climate is great all year round.
The pebble beach Cala Baladrar with clear turquoise water and a nice beach bar is 2.5 km away. The large sandy beaches, restaurants, shops and nightlife can be found at 5.7 km in Moraira or 9 km in Calpe.
In the region between Calpe and Moraira there are many beautiful coves along which you can walk and where it is worthwhile to go snorkeling. Cyclists can explore the coast along the winding roads and for the more experienced cyclist there are plenty of challenging climbs a little further inland.
The villa is completely detached with a spacious garden, large terrace and private swimming pool of 8x4.
Villa Marymonte is built on a mountainside and consists of 2 separate living units, ideal for 1 or 2 families.
At street level, you can access the top floor via an enclosed covered naya. This floor consists of a living room/dining room with fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both the living room and both bedrooms are air-conditioned. In the living room you have a television with TV Vlaanderen decoder with which you have access to the main Flemish channels and the Dutch channels NPO 1, 2, 3.
Via a staircase through the garden you can reach the second residential unit, one floor below. This floor consists of a living room, 1 air-conditioned bedroom and a bathroom. In this living room you have a television with chromecast so that you can use your own streaming services.
One floor down you have a large terrace with swimming pool of 8x4 meters, an outdoor shower and a covered bbq area. On the terrace, a garden set with parasol and deckchairs is provided for 6 people.
You have access to the internet both in the villa and on the terrace via a fast wifi connection.
There is also a sun terrace on the roof with a view of the sea.
The villa has 1 private parking space and there is parking in the street.
Our guests are welcomed on site on the day of arrival by our Belgian key manager who is responsible for the local contact during the stay.
