Villa Colina is a beautiful, atmospheric house near the sea and equipped with every comfort.

Due to its south-facing location you can enjoy the Spanish sun from sunrise to sunset.
From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the valley of the Sierra de Bernia.

The spacious living room has patio doors that provide access to the terrace, lounge area and private swimming pool.
The modern open kitchen is well equipped and equipped with modern appliances.
You can prepare the tastiest dishes here while your friends enjoy an aperitif at the bar.
You can grill your meat or fish on the outdoor BBQ, and then enjoy a nice dinner while enjoying the beautiful sunset while enjoying a delicious Spanish wine.

On the top floor there is 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with an adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and 1 separate bathroom with shower and toilet

Bedrooms have air conditioning.

You will be welcomed on site by a Dutch couple who will hand you the keys and will be your point of contact during your stay.

There is also plenty to do for sports enthusiasts, the Ifach golf course is just 7 km away, and water sports enthusiasts can visit the port of Les Bassetes (1500 meters).
Furthermore, beautiful and challenging cycling trips can be made due to its central location. The hilly area of Bernia and Col de Rates are 20km and 30km away respectively!

The beautiful beach of La Fustera is about 700 meters away, and there is also a nice tapas restaurant and a nice playground for the children.

There are 4 sunbeds around the pool.

The house has a fairly steep driveway and it can be a bit difficult for larger cars to drive up.
If you find this a problem, the car can easily be parked in the street (very quiet and safe), and you can walk upstairs.

We are a Dutch family of 3, Robert (58), Chantallle (55) and son Sem (27) and have been living in Belgium for 30 years.
Friends of ours have shown us this area and since then we have also lost our hearts there.
After a long search we finally found our dream, a beautiful villa, quietly located with lots of privacy but still close to the beach and the village of Calpe where it is very good to stay with its many restaurants, shops and its 2 beautiful beaches.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In the months of November, December, January and February, the villa can also be rented per month, then the villa costs € 1600 per month.

The other months of the year also possible on request.

Additional mandatory costs:

Final cleaning € 100 per stay ( this must be paid in cash during your stay)
When staying with a dog, there is an additional cleaning fee of € 50 per stay

Service costs € 45 per stay ( this must be paid in cash during your stay)

consumption Electricity € 0.40 per KWh consumed
gas consumption € 28.00 per % consumed

These costs will be deducted from the deposit
Deposit is € 400 and must be paid 15 days before departure.

Water and WiFi included.

40% of the total travel sum must be paid at the time of booking. After the deposit, the booking is final and appears in the booking calendar. The remainder of 60% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. Cancellation is possible up to 6 weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is cancelled within 6 weeks before the arrival date, the full travel sum is (remains) due and will be forfeited to the landlord.
