We enjoyed it so much. A beautiful house in a perfect location for us. Quiet and within driving distance (car is a must), nice restaurants and supermarket. Villa Colina is located in a wonderfully quiet location with a beautiful view including Ifach. The house is fully equipped. You can park your car under the driveway. The driveway to the entrance is a bit steep, we knew that, but is very doable. On the higher terrace you can enjoy the sun until the sunset.

We had a very nice stay at villa Colina.
Everything was fine on arrival, reception was fine.
Driveway is indeed quite steep but we had small rental car so this was doable.
There are nice places in the area.

Tip for cyclists: we had rented bikes from Baquet in Calpe, top bikes and top service!

The entrance is described as a bit steep, but someone with walking difficulties, wheelchair users, children and pets cannot enter. The entrance, the path up, is too steep even for a car!
The septic tank overflowed, the basement flooded with it. Cleaning or maintenance crew was not possible so we went to a hotel.

Vila Colina is a lovely and attractive holiday home. We have been coming to this region for decades and have rented several homes, this one is certainly one of the nicer ones. All rooms are well connected to each other, which benefits the cosiness. We also enjoyed the newly constructed raised terrace, ideal for enjoying the afternoon sun in October. The nearby Cala Fustera has a very nice beach where you can snorkel wonderfully and surprisingly beautifully. The caretaker was extremely friendly and relaxed.

Villa Colina is a very luxurious/beautiful and well-equipped holiday home. We stayed with 5 adults. Perfectly maintained and clean. It is located a bit higher in the quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach (the way back is quite a climb!). We were very kindly received on arrival. Very alert backup, which quickly provided answers and solutions to questions. Beautiful views from the various terraces. Pool was cleaned several times a week. We had a fantastic stay. Recommended!!!

Lovely house to stay in for 5 up to 6 people located on the coast of Benissa with nice views of the rock of Calpe. The house is fully equipped and is a few hundred meters walk from the beach and local supermarket. For people who have difficulty walking, the steep driveway can be an obstacle.

The very well and cosily furnished house is located on a hill so you have a beautiful view. We were very warmly welcomed with a personal card, drinks and delicacies. All this immediately gives a welcome feeling. All facilities are available, including washing machine and dryer and bbq outside. Handy that our sons slept downstairs with their own entrance and bathroom. We slept on the ground floor with an adjacent bathroom. The supermarket at the bottom of the street actually sells everything you need for your daily shopping with fresh bread and meat department. The small beach is also only a 10-minute walk down with a hip and good restaurant where you can also go for coffee, lunch, take-away ice creams and dinner. Beautiful surroundings. We played a lot of tennis and paddle at the local club, cozy and very nice people. You can drive within 15 minutes to Monaire, low-rise buildings, green and a bit more mundane than the other way to Calpe with high-rise buildings, very busier but a lot to do. In short, a wonderful holiday where a car is really necessary.

Unfortunately, our wonderful holiday has come to an end. The weather and the holiday home was in one word, great. We had a great time. We were very kindly received by the key managers who took plenty of time to show us around the villa. The villa was fully equipped and therefore met our expectations. In the morning we could enjoy our breakfast in peace on the terrace with a view of the Peñon while in the evening we could sit outside enjoying the evening sun. Overall we can definitely recommend this villa and we will definitely come back here again...
