How nice that you have found our holiday villa! We are Eline and Leonard, the Dutch owners, and you book directly with us — personal contact, fast answers and fair prices, without intermediaries. Casa Ocho is a modern, attractively decorated Ibiza-style villa in a quiet street in Benissa Costa, close to Moraira and also close to Benissa and Calpe. If you walk down the street, you will find yourself at two of the most beautiful bays of the Costa Blanca: Cala Advocat and Cala Baladrar, with crystal clear water and cozy chiringuitos — typical Spanish beach bars where you can enjoy fresh fish with your feet in the sand. tapas and a cold drink. The sea is only 1.5 km away, the picturesque Moraira with harbor a 10-minute drive away and larger sandy beaches can be found in Moraira and Calpe. Supermarkets can be reached within a few minutes: the Aldi at 2 minutes and the luxury supermarket Pepe la Sal at 5 minutes by car.

Inside, everything is on the ground floor and furnished with an eye for detail. From the bright living room you can walk straight onto the terrace, towards the swimming pool with lounge sofa and sunbeds. The villa has three spacious bedrooms — two with a double box-spring bed (180x200) and one with a double bed that can be separated (2x90x200) — all with new air conditioning, and two modern bathrooms with walk-in shower, one of which is en suite. There is fast fiber optic Wi-Fi and via Ziet.nl you can just watch Dutch television on a large screen. The complete kitchen has everything a home cook needs.

Outside, the real holiday life begins. Have breakfast in the morning sun by the pool, read a book in the hammock between the mature palms or find one of the many sitting areas in the garden. Our pride is the covered outdoor kitchen: delicious long dining while the cook of the company prepares something beautiful on the gas barbecue, of course with a good glass of Spanish wine. You can have a drink on the roof terrace, with the evening sun and beautiful views over the hills and sea as a backdrop. There is a private driveway with parking for several cars and a charging point for your electric car.

Casa Ocho is also a wonderful place outside the summer. The pool can be heated as desired in the less warm months, and inside the pellet stove, infrared heating, radiators and heating air conditioners provide cozy warmth. Guests who came in October or spring were just as enthusiastic as the summer guests — after all, the Costa Blanca has more than 300 sunny days a year. Working remotely? With the fast fiber optic connection and the many nice seats inside and outside, it doesn't even feel like working in this nice place anymore.

The area offers something for everyone: beautiful walks through the nature reserves around the Cap d'Or and the Peñón de Ifach, bike rides through the vineyards of the hinterland or in the mountains, playing golf at Golf Club Ifach or one of the other beautiful courses, water sports in Moraira, Calpe or Jávea and of course the many good restaurants — from a relaxed beach lunch to a refined dinner with a sea view. During your stay, you are never alone: Sylvie and her team are always available on site and so are we from a distance. The villa is optimal for 5 adults, or up to 6 people including children. Returnees receive a discount when booking before December 31 for the new season.
