This villa with private heated pool in Moraira on the Costa Blanca (and very close to Altea, Calpe, Jávea and Denia) is the perfect place to spend your holiday. What a view and what a lovely house! INTERIOR AND LAYOUT
The very tasteful decoration, the location on a cul-de-sac, the fantastic view over the sea to the south and the mountains to the west. the beautiful swimming pool and the nice, fully equipped, outdoor kitchen and separate guest house. An ideal place to spend holidays and leisure with family or friends. It concerns the main house with 3 bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning and a separate pool house with 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and private terrace and driveway. Of course, the pool house is also fully air-conditioned. There are a total of 4 spacious double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A maximum of 10 + 2 people can stay. The spacious pool terrace has several lounge areas and a fantastic summer kitchen.

The villa has a hall, spacious living room and adjoining open kitchen with a covered terrace. from the living room you have a view of the sea. From the covered terrace you look towards the mountains. In the hall there is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The internal staircase leads to the lower floor where there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite. The first bedroom has a spacious double bed and built-in wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed (1.60) and a double bunk bed. The bathroom is again equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed (180), fitted wardrobes and the en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet, sink and toilet.

EXTERIOR
From the ground floor you can go to the pool terrace. You will spend most of your time on this spacious terrace, really equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday: hammock, sunbeds, very spacious lounge set, beautiful spacious outdoor kitchen, with large dining table (with seating for 12 people) to enjoy together. enjoy - also here - the beautiful view of the valley and the Mediterranean Sea. Of course there is also a large Weber BBQ. The house is of course equipped with central heating, air conditioning, WiFi and parking for several cars on private land. The cozy, small beach of El Portet is only a 3-minute drive away and the larger Ampolla beach and the center of Moraira are 1 minute away. . Seaside resorts such as Javea, Calpe and Altea are also very close by. Moraira is located in a sunny part of Spain. The mountainous hinterland often holds back the thicker clouds. A great advantage of this beautiful region is the wide range of beautiful, golden sandy beaches and idyllic bays . Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves in this area, because there are several beautiful golf courses within a short drive.

We are Karin, Rik, and our 3 sons Yuri, Bob and Tim. We have been living in Spain since 2015. We fell in love with the Costa Blanca, in particular the area around Moraira with the surrounding towns of Javea, Denia, Calpe and Altea. We have bought our villa with separate guest house (ground floor) in Moraira because the picturesque village with its beautiful harbor, very extensive dining and entertainment options and idyllic bays, including el portet, have grabbed us.

Explanation of prices

The prices shown concern the main house (3 bedrooms, 8 persons). If you would like to rent the guest house / pool house (2 to 4 persons), this can be arranged in consultation. You then pay €650 per week on top of the rates shown. You enjoy your complete privacy at all times!

Please note: During the winter months the guesthouse can be rented separately. Prices in consultation.

If the tenant wishes, an arrival/departure day other than Saturday can be discussed.

Additional information

Moraira is a nice, intimate town located on the Costa Blanca, between Alicante and Valencia. The travel time to / from Alicante airport is one hour, and to Valencia 80 minutes. Moraira is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea, at the end of a green foothill between the hills. Among other things, the Moscatel grapes are grown in this offshoot. The buildings in the area mainly consist of private villas. There are no tall apartment buildings and no big hotels. Almost all villas are owned by Northern Europeans, purchased as an investment or holiday destination. Almost all buildings on the periphery of the town are spacious and are located between green areas. A short distance inland you will find rugged mountains, deep valleys and many fertile plateaus. These form the impressive backdrop of the coastal landscape. Over the years, Moraira has grown from a fishing village into a charming holiday destination (especially in the summer) and a favorite place for many international guests in autumn and winter. Moraira has a marina that may be there, a well-sorted number of local shops and boutiques, the weekly market, and of course the fiestas. In Moraira and the surrounding area you will find many restaurants (some of which have a Michelin star) and bars that often still exude their Spanish character. It is an ideal walking area and the coast from El Portet (a local beach) to Cap d'Or, and even to neighboring Calp offers you many beautiful views. You can drive to Benidorm in half an hour. In and around Benidorm the children can indulge in theme parks such as Terramitica (the Spanish Disneyland), Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar. You can also play tennis in and around Moraira, go karting, play mini golf, rent jet skis, etc. There are 4 golf courses directly around Moraira. At a somewhat large distance (up to approx. 30 km) you will find 8 other golf courses. Obviously all members of the Spanish Golf Federation so that players can validate their handicap internationally. In short: come and book the impressive Villa Buho y Bolero. You will lack nothing :-)
