Casa Frayola

A lovely holiday villa for up to 6 people (cot available on request and/or inflatable mattress for an extra person) to enjoy a relaxing, sunny holiday. The villa is divided into three bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, a living room and open kitchen. All rooms are located on one floor, are tastefully decorated and equipped with the necessary equipment.

Casa Frayola has a - recently renovated 2023 - private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), outdoor shower, veranda, various outdoor terraces (with Fatboy hammock, swing bench, sun loungers, outdoor dining table) and (gas) bbq. There is parking space for 2 cars on the property.

The villa is located about an hour's drive from Valencia and Alicante airports. A 10-minute drive away are the seaside resorts of Calpe and Moraira with beautiful, large sandy beaches. In between, there are several small beaches within walking distance. There is a large supermarket within walking distance. Several supermarkets can be reached within 10 minutes.

The villa is a great base for lovers of tennis (within walking distance), golf (10 minutes drive), cycling, water sports (10 minutes drive), horse riding and mountaineering (inland).

Between the seaside resorts of Calpe and Moraira there is a beautifully landscaped footpath along the sea. The paths are equipped with wooden balustrades. Because they swing so much, it is always a surprise what is around the corner: a chiringuito (beach bar), a small beach or a beautiful picnic area. In the direction of Calpe there is a small marina where snorkeling, diving, sailing and surfing are possible.
