Located in Javea, ten minutes from the most beautiful beaches and facing the Granadella reserve, the Casita Joy & Love is designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people in its 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

With its south-facing terrace with a view, its magnificent swimming pool, its deckchairs, its outdoor living and dining room, its outdoor kitchen, everything has been arranged so that you can spend dream moments. The rooms are lovingly decorated, in a half-Scandinavian, half-Ibizenco style, and quality materials.

This house is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy the sun, the sea and the tranquility.

Its location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the beach and the surrounding nature.

Its view of the Granadella Nature Reserve is an invitation to relax.

We are Isabeau and Emmanuelle, a cup of enthusiasts who fell in love with Javea a year ago and bought this house there to come and work there in the winter.
We rent it in the summer and have designed it to feel like home, with lots of love and joy.

Cancellation free of charge minimum 30 days in advance.

Between 30 and 15 days, 50% partial refund.
Less than 15 days, non-refundable.

Deposit of 2000 euros to cover any damages, refunded maximum 7 days after check-out.

A rental contract will be sent to you after the booking has been finalised.

Arrival from 4pm and departure for a maximum of 10am.
