Welcome to the Casa del Corazon, in Montemar near Moraira. With its large and quiet property with various terrace areas, a Mediterranean garden and a swimming pool with sea views, the house Casa del Corazon offers ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Blanca.
The roof terrace also offers a fantastic view of the sea and the idyllic nature of Montemar.

At the illuminated pool (32 sqm) there is a large sun terrace with sea views, various seating areas, outdoor shower, parasols and sun loungers. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 floors. The wonderfully beautiful Mediterranean garden extends across the entire property. In the garden area there are several seating and lounging options, a small pond and a roof terrace with a sensational panoramic view of the sea and nature.

In addition to the main entrance, the forecourt offers sufficient parking space for vehicles on the enclosed property. A carport is also available. The house offers privacy, is very centrally located in a quiet residential area, a few minutes' drive from the beaches and coast. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are also in the immediate vicinity.

The Casa del Corazon is a very tasteful house, approx. 5 km from Moraira in Montemar on the Costa Blanca, and can accommodate 6 - 7 people.

The villa was completely renovated by us in 2023. It is tastefully furnished with the luxury and comfort you need for a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Plus €150.00. cleaning costs,
Towels and bed linen €15.00 per person.
The deposit is €500.00.

Depending on the date of written cancellation by the guest, the host will charge the following amounts:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and 60th days before the start of the rental: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the guest only informs the host at the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer be using the rental property, he remains liable to pay the full rental price.

Sailing school
If you are interested in sailing, Club Náutico Moraira has an excellent sailing school that offers courses for every level. From beginners to experienced sailors, everyone will find the right training to improve their sailing technique. The courses include both practical exercises on the water under the supervision of experts and theoretical lessons in a classroom.

Diving center
The Club Náutico Moraira has a high quality diving center. From basic training to professional training, there are courses for all levels. With a team of well-trained diving instructors, the diving center offers special courses for groups and diving trips to beautiful and exciting locations. For experienced divers, the diving center offers diving equipment and a rental service.

sport fishing
Fishing enthusiasts will find a wide range of options at Club Náutico Moraira. The club has a state-of-the-art sport fishing service. The professional and experienced fishing team has modern boats and fishing equipment that meet all anglers' needs. If you wish, you can also use the services of a fishing guide and rent a private, personal boat.

Fish market and restaurant
The Moraira Yacht Club has an excellent fish market where you can buy fresh fish and seafood directly from the fishermen. In addition, the club has a restaurant with a wide range of Spanish and Mediterranean dishes prepared with fresh quality products. The restaurant offers panoramic views of the marina, making it an ideal place for a leisurely dinner with friends and family.

The Cap d'Or peninsula is home to El Portet Beach, a magnificent oasis for swimming, kayaking and even underwater tours. From El Portet you can go on hikes that take you to the Cap d'Or watchtower and the micro-reserve of the same name. The beach also serves as the starting point for the coastal hiking trail that runs along the entire coast.

El Portet is about 300 m long and 10 m wide and although this beach is almost entirely sandy, there are also corners with stones. It is a semi-urban beach that offers everything you need for a relaxing beach day in summer. In addition to lifeguards and security guards, there are parking spaces, canoes and several restaurants with wonderful views where you can taste a good fideuà or rice dish with fish. El Portet also has its own access canal for small boats.

There are several golf courses in and around Moraira. Both 9 and 18 holes and both with and without sea views.
