ACCOMODATION:
Enter the paradise of Casa Campoverde through a Spanish wrought-iron gate set into a classic Mediterranean stone wall. A staircase leads you to the property, revealing its many inviting spaces:
- Outdoor Area:
The first area you’ll encounter is the outdoor space. To the right, a large open terrace features a generous swimming pool. A small staircase leads to a slightly elevated sun terrace with loungers and views of the pool and the house. Around the pool, there is ample space for sunbathing, and for those seeking shade, three large parasols are available. The pool also includes a comfortable outdoor shower. - Sun Terrace and Covered Area:
From the sun terrace, another small staircase leads to a higher level. On the left, there’s a cozy aperitif corner and a large gas barbecue. To the right, you’ll find the covered terrace, which serves as the dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs. This covered terrace also houses the washing machine for your convenience. - Interior Living Space:
The living area, accessed via the covered terrace, features an open-plan design combining the living room and kitchen. The interior is light and airy, decorated in soothing sandy tones. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and television, and a charming bar with two wooden stools connects the space to the kitchen.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, combination oven/microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and kettle.
