Casa Altavista is a spacious 5 bedroom villa with a private 8 x 4 pool that can accommodate up to 9 people. It is located in a very nice and quiet urbanization with beautiful views of the surrounding hills, the Peñón de Ifach and some sea views. It has recently been completely renovated and furnished, with a Mediterranean style exterior and a modern style interior.
Both the living room and each bedroom are equipped with a brand new Samsung smart TV, with free Netflix access. High speed fiber internet/WiFi is free and can be used anywhere in the property. Central heating is available during the colder winter months.
There is space to park up to 4 cars on the side of the road. To access the villa you have to climb stairs, hence it is not suitable for the disabled.
Casa Altavista is spread over two floors.
The top floor consists of three nicely furnished bedrooms with queen size beds, Samsung smart TVs and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a Samsung smart TV and sitting area, a large dining table and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker.
The lower floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, utility room with washing machine, a small bedroom and a master bedroom with queen size bed, air conditioning and Samsung smart TV.
Outside on the top floor there is a terrace with a large table and chairs for dining al fresco, a small fridge and a barbecue. On the lower level there is an outdoor shower and a private pool with 6 sunbeds (4 extra are in storage for larger groups). Next to the pool is a large lounge area with a barbecue.
