The house is divided into 2 apartments each with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and a total of 3 bathrooms.
From the pool you can go to the upper apartment with covered terrace with extendable table for up to 12 people.
Lovely sun terrace with extendable table for up to 12 people. When it is too hot, you can extend the sun canopy.
A safety gate is provided for the little ones.
A lovely star bench to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the Marjal
Wonderful views of the Marjal and the nearby beaches/sea of Les Deveses.
The stretched sandy beaches of Deveses are 10 minutes from the house.
For the youngest there is a playground (fenced and closed with a gate). Two sun loungers ensure that mum and dad can relax while the youngest have fun.

Spectacular views of the Marjal, the nature reserve where Valencian rice is grown and there is a spring with natural hot water with medicinal effects.

The swimming pool is large (11 by 5) and (on request and for a fee) heated. There are 8 comfortable sunbeds by the pool for an afternoon in the sun. There are plenty of shady spots in and around the house.
The large dining table pushes even a simple bam with cheese to great culinary heights

Entrance and welcome inside Casa de los Tres. 'The home of the three of us'. Inside, the house is a nice place and fully equipped. The modern interior is fresh and exudes tranquillity.
The sofas in the house are comfortable and are new and fresh. The TV has all Dutch TV channels and more. Unfortunately, the fireplace cannot be lit.
The large modern living room, the house has underfloor heating upstairs so it is also wonderful to stay in winter.
In the kitchen, you can eat a sandwich in the morning at the bar or at the spacious dining table for 8 people. All necessary kitchen utensils are available and of course an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and kettle.

The old swimming pool has been replaced by a brand new saltwater swimming pool. The veranda is also a welcome addition to our house and offers a nice shade all day.
