Large, luxurious villa with large swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and sea view.

Holiday villa in Benissa Costa on the Costa Blanca. Oasis of peace with sea and mountain views in summer and winter. 6 minutes drive (car or bicycle) to the first of 5 beautiful beaches, all with a restaurant.

Upon entering you will find a spacious living room with large characteristic windows, large dining table, seating area and fireplace. Direct view of the garden and swimming pool. In the living room you have access to air conditioning based on a heat pump for cooling or heating. From the living room you take a staircase down to the Lounge for games, reading or for the Smart TV with a connected Chromecast for Netflix, Ziggo, etc.

The living room leads directly into the modern kitchen, which is equipped with an American fridge/freezer with ice cubes, 4-zone induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster. For coffee you can choose from a Nespresso machine with milk frother and a coffee filter machine.

The 4 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) are accessible via the hallway, 3 of which have direct access to their own bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). In addition, a spacious luxurious bathroom (sink, walk-in shower, toilet) and guest toilet in the hallway. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a large bath and walk-in shower. Three bedrooms have two single beds (90X200) and 1 bedroom has a double bed (160X200).

All windows in the house are double glazed and central heating supplies the radiators in every room (including the bathrooms!). The bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. In addition, the windows are equipped with mosquito nets (screens against mosquitoes) and roller shutters for darkening.

The garden is spacious, has lots of greenery, is completely enclosed, has a lot of privacy and many opportunities to create seating areas, even in the shade. In the middle a spacious private swimming pool of 10X5, 8 lounge beds and an outdoor shower. Near the pool there is an outdoor kitchen with bar, sink (hot and cold water), refrigerator, Broil King BBQ/stove and a spacious dining table for 10 people. From here you can see the sparkle of the sun in the sea.

Elsewhere in the garden, separate BBQ/fireplace and bread/pizza oven. At the front of the house there is a solarium with beautiful views of the mountains.

There is a private parking space on the closed site and plenty of space on the street. Fiber optic and free WiFi in and around the house to stay connected.

Smoking only allowed outside.
Due to legislation in Spain, we must request ID from every visitor. The main tenant is obliged to provide this for all visitors.
There is an alarm system with camera surveillance. It is the responsibility and freedom of the tenant to use it or not. For privacy reasons, the tenant can deactivate the camera himself.

There is no fence and no alarm system in the pool. Presence around and in the swimming pool is at the tenant(s) own risk.
