Villa Vista

We are happy to make our beautiful, recently renovated villa with sea, mountain and valley views available so that several people can enjoy it. The first thing that strikes you is unmistakably the view, to be quickly followed by the light house, the large terrace with the various, nicely furnished seating areas, bar and outdoor kitchen, the modern comfort and the infinity pool.

Upon entering, with parking for up to 3 cars, you immediately see the beautifully landscaped garden with various palm trees. In front of the entrance is a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and TV. The spacious, bright and attractive living room has a large 6-8 person corner sofa with TV, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave / oven, 2nd oven, large fridge, freezer, quooker and Nespresso machine. Large dining table with sofa and 4 chairs. Large closet to store all things. A smaller closet full of games. Two chaisse longues to enjoy the view.
Three bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. A bedroom followed by a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit. The two other bedrooms with separate bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The covered terrace consists of three spacious parts. The first part directly at the house has a very large outdoor table with 8 chairs and an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue. The second part has a 10X4 infinity pool, 6 sunbeds at the pool edge and also a 6 person lounge set; both with a large umbrella. The third part is a very spacious and covered 'ibiza style' sitting area with bar and high dining table with 6 bar chairs. There is a generous outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Our house is not suitable for very young children.
