Casa Lavanda with private swimming pool is located in a quiet residential area on the Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell. A nice villa with plenty of indoor and outdoor space . There is a beautiful (pebble) beach 10 minutes away, this is Cala del Moraig beach. This bay is sheltered between immense rock formations and is the ideal place for snorkeling. There are some restaurants in Benitachell and on the Cumbre del Sol. The fashionable seaside resort of Moraira is a 15-minute drive from Casa Lavanda.

Inside Casa Lavanda
You reach the entrance of this comfortable holiday home via steps. The spacious living room has comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, where you can only stream from your phone or tablet. The adjacent naya offers seating and beautiful sea views thanks to large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher , oven and fridge freezer, and has access to the naya with sea and pool views. Casa Lavanda has 3 bedrooms accessible via the hall. Two of them have a double bed and built-in wardrobe, while the third has a queen size bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet.

The outdoor life of Casa Lavanda
From the naya you can easily reach the small terrace above and via the stairs you reach the lovely private swimming pool (6x3m, depth 1.20 - 2 m). Casa Lavanda is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with a double lounge bed . Surrounding the spacious private pool are four comfortable sunbeds - perfect for a relaxing day at the pool after a day at the beach or exploring the area. And if you fancy a delicious meal, use the grill plate for a delicious meal, which you eat at the dining table overlooking the Mediterranean Sea .

Particularities
- During the May holidays, autumn holidays and the period from July to August we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with the previous/next
bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
- Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Winter rental
Casa Lavanda is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for which are € 84 per week and are included in the rental price. If you use more than 1 gas bottle per week, you must pay the excess consumption in cash at € 11.00 per day. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory.
