Villa Miro - the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail, listen to all the latest summer sounds and then watch the sun slowly disappear below the horizon. The villa is a bright and comfortable new build holiday villa, located in a very quiet residential area of Javea.
Upon entering, you will be greeted with a comfortable living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for a meal at home. And the living room has a comfortable sofa, smart TV and free Wi-Fi is also available (fiber optic). So you have all the comfort you need during your holiday.
Feel at home in one of the 4 bedrooms. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are suitable for families or couples. The four bedrooms are spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. And on the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. It's exactly the same on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
Villa Miro has a large garden around the villa which is fully fenced, where you have several places to sit and relax and enjoy the day. A large private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters (can be heated, see below) where you can all enjoy some cooling off during the hot summer days. There is also space to park your car safely on private property.
During your stay, this home is yours, and your comfort and convenience are our top priority. The house is equipped with everything you need! So a perfect place for a family to get away together and explore the centre of Javea!
Please note:
1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this property.
2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not allowed.
3: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
5: This property is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides additional security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, please feel free to contact us!
6: We strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, please note that occasional work or noise from the environment may occur and are beyond our control.
Important information:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €30 per night.
- Check-in : from 17:00. In consultation, an earlier check-in time is possible, but this depends on the planning that day.
