From now on our beautiful new apartment is for rent.  Our apartment is located in the Oriuela Costa area. It is located on the ground floor with a terrace of +/- 42m2 with pool view. You can walk straight through the gate towards the swimming pool.

In the apartment there is a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven.

The apartment is fully furnished with dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

The large terrace of 42m2 has a garden table with 6 chairs and 2 large sunbeds.

You book the flight at Alicante Airport. You can rent a car there at the airport (easiest to arrange it in your home country). It is a 40-minute drive to the apartment by car.
At 250 meters there is an Aldi XXL.
There are numerous beaches and nice restaurants in the area to enjoy.

So don't hesitate and book our beautiful apartment! 

If you rent for several weeks, the prices per additional week will be cheaper.

If you want to rent for a longer period (more than a month) then that is on request. Then a monthly rate will be applied. Ideal for hibernators.
