A robust barbecue on the solarium for an unforgettable summer evening. Benijofar itself is a picturesque village with a rich history and authentic Spanish charm. Stroll through the narrow cobbled streets and admire the colorful traditional houses with their flower-filled balconies. The main square offers a lively atmosphere, where you can enjoy local delicacies in cozy tapas bars and restaurants. The village is also famous for its craft markets, where you can discover unique handmade products and local delicacies.

Explanation of prices

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price. Excluding cleaning costs of EUR 125 per stay and deposit of EUR 250 , to be paid locally in cash. Check-in from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, deviations only in consultation.
