- The villa is equipped with security cameras and sensors around the house. These are activated once the alarm is armed, but do not work once the alarm is disarmed.
- Hostess: The hostess supervises the check-in and check-out and is available during the stay for help and questions.
- Cleaning: extra cleaning can be arranged on request.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, but smoking is allowed outside.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed
- The full house rules are shared when drawing up the rental agreement
