The villa is on the ground floor, air-conditioned cold and hot, electric central heating, internet, SMART TV, attractively and comfortably furnished.

approx. 45m2 in size, 2x 3pers. sofas, 1 of which can be pulled out into a sofa bed for a child, 1.40m length). Leather relax chair. Satellite TV with Dutch channels. Air conditioning cold/hot, electr.cv, atmospheric gas heater

Complete with all appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, large fridge with large freezer.
Bedrooms
2 bedrooms, each with 1x double bed 1.80-2.00m & also 1 bedroom with 2x single bed 90x2.00m. Air conditioning cold/hot, electr.cv.
Bathroom
The bedrooms each have a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bathroom is also equipped with a bath, electr.cv.
Furnishing and equipment
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Lots of linen and towels. Bath towels must be provided by yourself
Swimming pool
Beautiful tiled saltwater swimming pool 8x4m, to heat, terrace with 8 sun loungers and 1 round small table with 4 chairs. By the pool is a covered pergola with 1 long table and 6 chairs + next to it a roof terrace with small seating area and beautiful panoramic views.

Location
The villa is quietly located just outside the village center of Alfaz. Beach of Benidorm and Albir 8 minutes away by car.
Airfield
Alicante airport approx. 65 km.
Sights
Guadalest, nice mountain village, approx. 20 km. Jallon valley with the Saturday market and a large number of good restaurants. Many beautiful walking car routes.
For children
Terra Mittica (Amusement park) Mundo Mar (dolphin show) Aqualandia (large water park).
For adults
In Benidorm you will find a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, discos. The dinner show in Benidorm is very worthwhile.
Strand
Benidorm has a beautiful sandy beach. Albir a pebble beach with a long pleasant boulevard.
Sport
Tennis and golf courts are in the turn. There is also a beautiful sports complex in Alfaz.
✨Update
In the period January – April 2026, our villa will be further modernized. The bathrooms, kitchen and the entire floor (indoor & outdoor terrace living room) will be renewed. From May 2026, the house will therefore be even more comfortable and luxuriously furnished for our guests.
