The villa is quietly located, but a car is needed. Contact went very smoothly with owner. There was 1 malfunction in the TV box and this was immediately fixed by a mechanic called in by the owner. Perfecto 😎👌

We have stayed 6 weeks in this nice and spacious house. Everything needed has this house, kitchen nice and well furnished, nice living room. Very friendly that there were extra candles that you could take, that makes it cozier,...

We have stayed 6 weeks in this nice and spacious house. Everything needed has this house, kitchen nice and well furnished, nice living room. Very friendly that there were extra candles that you could take, that makes it cozier, a few first coffee cups and some herbs. Although some rooms are in need of renovation, it is recommended!

Wij verbleven in de villa van 20 juli t/m 10 augustus 2024 met ons gezin. De ligging is uitstekend met betrekking tot strand, supermarkten (Mercadonna) en natuurlijk Benidorm. Onze dochters van 19 en 22 hebben er een fantastisc...

Wij verbleven in de villa van 20 juli t/m 10 augustus 2024 met ons gezin. De ligging is uitstekend met betrekking tot strand, supermarkten (Mercadonna) en natuurlijk Benidorm. Onze dochters van 19 en 22 hebben er een fantastische tijd gehad, maar ook voor ons zijn er genoeg plekken om een lekker hapje en drankje te kunnen doen. Wij bezochten zowel oud- als nieuw Benidorm en beide vonden wij altijd heel leuk. Ook Calpe en andere dorpen om de villa heen zijn heel gezellig. Thuisblijven bij de villa was ook een fijne afwisseling met rust, ruimte en een heerlijk zwembad met terras. Ook ons hondje Lilly kon heerlijk buitenspelen rond de villa en een uitkomst was dat het geheel omheind was. Contact met Onno de beheerder en met Chantal de eigenaresse was heel prettig.

Lovely house, slightly dated but perfect base to make wonderful trips, owner, very interested and very friendly when asking for information, the reception was also fine by manager onno, we had a wonderful time, except for some noisy downstairs neighbors (loud music), unfortunately house is fantastic and very friendly owner.

We were here with 5 adults. Communication with owner was perfect! Reception was great! Villa was neatly cleaned before arrival. Stay was totally good! We made a lot of use of the villa. Some things are slightly dated but still...

Very large and beautiful house with many places outside where you can sit. Garden is also very nice and well-kept and is completely fenced, which we found ideal for the dogs. House is within driving distance of Benidorm, Altea ...

Very hospitable host and reception on site, have made us feel very welcome and enjoyed 2 weeks.

For the third time in villa D'Alfaz, that's saying something, isn't it? And we probably won't leave it at that. It is very pleasant to stay in this spacious holiday home where everything is in order. Contact with the administrator is quick and good. Obviously, it's all about making it as easy as possible for us. Highly recommended!
