There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Plenty of linen and towels. You have to take care of bath towels yourself

Beautiful tiled saltwater swimming pool 8x4m, to be heated, terrace with 8 sun loungers and 1 round small table with 4 chairs. At the pool is a covered pergola with 1 long table and 6 chairs + also a roof terrace with a small sitting area and beautiful panoramic views.

The villa is quietly located just outside the village center of Alfaz. Beach of Benidorm and Albir 8 minutes by car.

Sights
Guadalest, nice mountain village, approx. 20 km. Jallon valley with the Saturday market and a large number of good restaurants. Many beautiful walking car routes.

For children
Terra Mittica (Amusement Park) Mundo Mar (dolphin show) Aqualandia (big water amusement park).

For adults
In Benidorm you will find a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, discos. The dinner show in Benidorm is very worthwhile.

Beaches
Benidorm has a beautiful sandy beach. Albir a pebble beach with a long pleasant boulevard.

Sport
Tennis and golf courses are nearby. There is also a beautiful sports complex in Alfaz.
